GPSR (safety information)

What is GPSR?

EU's General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) Is an updated version of the General Product Safety Directive (GPSD).

This regulation has been implemented at the 13th of December 2024 to regulate safety amongst all products Manufactured, Distributed or imported into the EU. This means more stern regulation for all products and companies. Including artists like myself.

Important Safety Information:

• Intended Use Only: Use purchased  products only for its intended purpose as described in the description of the listing. You can also find this information attached or added to the product when purchased.

• Age Restrictions: A Keep out of reach of children under the age of 3. This most likely counts for all my products unless specifically designed for their use. Adult supervision is highly recommended.

• Before Use: Check for any visible damage, loose parts, or defects before using. Do not use if damaged. 

• Follow safety Instructions: Always follow the product safety instructions provided on the label or added card.

• Avoid Misuse: Do not modify or alter the product in any way. Unauthorized modifications may compromise safety.

• Environmental Factors: Use in appropriate conditions (e.g., avoid water exposure if not waterproof, or excessive heat).

• Dispose Responsibly: Dispose of the product safely and in accordance with local regulations. Please recycle any packaging accordingly as well.
