Shipping

Generic shipping information

All orders are shipped from the Netherlands and through the postal service PostNL. 

 

Instock items

Items that are instock will ship out on Fridays every week (exceptions occur). Orders will usually ship out within 5-7 business days. 

 

Shipping methods and tracking

Not all packages will have a Tracking Number. At checkout you can choose whether you’d like your order sent with stamps without a tracking number, or as a package with a tracking number. Some items are always sent as a package, because of size or weight. Shipping without a tracking number is always at the buyer’s risk. If the package is late, we can not track it to see where it is or if it’s lost. Shipping with a tracking number is always at the buyer’s risk. But we can assist in tracking your package if it’s late. 

Custom fees

International orders may be held by the receiving country and might require the payment of custom fees. Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that might apply. MEZ Arts is not responsible for any delays due to customs and will not be able to refund shipping/handling fees if your package is denied due to custom fees. By ordering from MEZ Arts you agree to having read and understood these conditions.

 

Domestic shipping

Domestic shipping has an estimated delivery time of 2-5 business days, but it can take up to two weeks due to reasons that are out of MEZ Arts’ control.

 

International shipping

International shipping has an estimated delivery time of 3-5 weeks, but may take up to 3 months due to reasons out of MEZ Arts’ control such as customs, holiday rush, high delivery loads, issues with your local post service and any other circumstances that are directly linked to the post office shipping process. 

Delays

MEZ Arts will not be held liable for shipping delays that are directly linked to the post office shipping process.

Contact your local post service when encountering shipping delays. They will most likely be able to help you locate your order.

 

Returns

Domestic (NL)

The customer has the right to return items 14 days after the order has been shipped. The items must be purchased at www.mez-arts.com. The customer must make notice of the return to MEZ Arts by email (art.by.mirandazwiers@gmail.com) before sending it. If this has not been done, the return will not be accepted and you will not be refunded. Do not send any items back without clear instructions and permission by MEZ Arts. Refunds will only occur after MEZ Arts has examined the products and declare they are not used or damaged in any way by the customer. Any shipping or handling costs will not be refunded. If the customer chooses to return the items, they are responsible for shipping to MEZ Arts. This will also not be compensated. Advised is to use the same shipping materials as the items came in, to avoid it being damaged in transit.

Personalised orders are never refunded, such as commission etc. 

 

International
